Yellowed White Canvas Shoes
The yellow you see on your white canvas shoes after washing them is likely caused from the glue holding your shoes together. The only way to prevent this is to have your shoes dry cleaned rather than washing in water. You cannot really remove the stains that are there, but you can cover them up with a white shoe polish.

sometimes rubbing alcohol will get out most stains
and yellowing is caused by age of shoes also.

I discovered that cleaning my canvas shoes with the household cleaner "AWESOME" absolutely lives up to it's name.It will also remove any old yellowing on any shoe I've cleaned.I just scrub by hand w/ a toothbrush,wet rag and dry towel.
