What is the best way to wash white clothes?

Washing White Clothes

When washing white clothes, hot water works the best, since your detergent will dissolve and work the most effectively at this temperature. Water rinses equally well at any temperature, however, so be sure to rinse all your clothes using cold water to save on hot water. If your clothes are not particularly soiled, you could probably get away with using hot water every second or third washing to save on hot water as well. Be sure to always follow the washing directions given on the label of your clothes for best results.

Great tip! I use the hot water for only white clothes and also for my husbands greasy work clothes. Since I use bleach in my white things I usually folllow with a load of light colored towels just in case bleach is still in the water.

This is not news to most people who wash white clothes. How about suggesting a whitening booster that does not damage the fibers of the fabrics like bleach does?

If you use bleach with hot water it deletes the purpose of the bleach. Use cold when using bleach.
