Permanent Marker Stain Removal from RefridgeratorBe careful when wielding a permanant marker or you may be tackling a kitchen cleaning task you didn't count on.Try using rubbing alcohol to try and remove the permanent marker from your fridge. You could also try using a fabric pre-wash spray or a color-safe bleach. Trying them on a non-visible area first to ensure that they do not damage the finish on your fridge. Saturating the stain with hair spray might also remove it.Comments9/13/2006 3:40:27 PMsleddingsister said: use either aerosol hair spray or alcohol wipe pads..also shaving cream works well with warm water.... 9/25/2006 4:27:07 PM Sara said: You can also use Eucalyptus oil on some cotton wool (ball). 1/29/2007 5:47:20 PM Joanna O'Rourke said: I removed permanent marker ink from two sewing machines (my young granddaughters wrote their initials on them) with olive oil. It worked great! I tried other things...ink wouldn't budge, but when I tried the olive oil...it was magic! 2/14/2007 3:23:36 PM Cheryl said: Use the magic eraser whenever you can! It is fabulous!
