How can I remove bumper stickers?

Bumper Sticker Removal

You can remove bumper stickers by saturating them with hot vinegar, salad oil, or nail polish remover. Lighter fluid is also effective, but since it is flammable, use it with caution. If any residue remains, you can remove it with WD-40 and scrub with nylon netting or a stiff brush.

Hairspray also works to remove bumper stickers. It also removes stains from clothes.

BE careful with Nail Polish remover as it will also take the paint off the car

Any type of sticker can be removed using a blow dryer. Simply heat sticker & slowly peel up corner followed by directed heat underneath & slowly pull up.

I suppose you're talking about the glue, not the sticker itself.
Alcohol works. Also some aresol glass cleaner works.
To got the sticker off, use a hair dryer to get it loose and peel it off.
