How do I clean the windshield of my car?

Cleaning Car Windshields

The best solution for cleaning windshields is 1/2 cup baking soda mixed with a quart of warm water. This will clean insects off the windshield and clean the wipers. Apply with a piece of mesh onion bag wrapped around a sponge.

Cutting a potatoe in half and then wiping it over the windscreen will help repel the rain if your wipers are broken or not doing a good job

never tried this tip..but will. I have also found mixing white vinegar with warm water takes off any oily residue...can be used inside the vehicle as well...leaves a clean scent..not vinegar.
